Rules & Guidelines

1. Every participant must follow COVID guidelines suggested by the Government. Participant will be required to show vaccination certificate on demand.
2. Participant must reach "Nawabandar Valsura Road - Jamnagar" by the time specified for the batch. Nawabandar Valsura Road is approximately 8 KM from Gandhinagar Railway Station Jamnagar.
3. Pirotan Island is uninhabited and a natural place, so, there are no modern facilities to eat.
4. Any type of noice / music which can lead to noise pollution is prohibited on the island.
5. Fees to bring camera is Rs. 250.
6. Participant must follow instructions given by their guide. Participant must not touch any unknown thing or any creature without the permission / instruction from the guide.
7. To visit Pirotan Island, permissions from various government departments are required. So, person willing to visit the island should fill up the form atleast 7 days in advance.
8. To visit Pirotan Island, timings of tide and ebb are very important. So every participant must reach to the spot on time.
9. Some trekking into the sea at Pirotan will be required. So participant should wear sports shoes and comfortable clothings.
10. Any healthy male / female can join the expedition.
11. Once registration is done, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. No refunds will be given.
12. Pirotan Island being a sensitive place, trip can be cancelled under unavoidable circumstances. In such case, the full amount will be refunded.
13. No intake of any type of caffeine is allowed on the island.
14. If a participant is found violating any of these "Rules / Guidelines", legal action can be taken on that participant.
15. Fees to visit Pirotan Island on Sunday is Rs 2000 (Rs 1000 for kids) and on other days fees is Rs. 1500 (Rs. 800 for kids).
16. Registration fees is to be paid online and UPI transaction ID must be mentioned in the form.

Important Information

Our organization provides transportation to Pirotan Island through a passenger boat, tea, snacks, lunch and light meals in the evening. A participant should carry a water bottle and light snacks if the need be or if kids are accompanying.
